ABC NEWS NIGHTLINE:

"WE CONTACTED FERNANDES FOR A COMMENT, BUT SHE WAS UNAVAILABLE."

Well, what did you expect? She didn't even send one e-mail to Noah Beckman, the SBG President, the whole time she was President-Designate, during the crisis at Gallaudet, 1 May - 29 October 2006.

It was okay - didn't floor me, or anger me. Several months more of the protests, and we probably would have had the media on our side.
